Delivery of Digital Files

Users are responsible for having the compatible 3D printers, slicing software, and technical knowledge required to utilize STL files. Echo3DPrints LLC is not liable for printer damage or failed prints caused by incorrect settings or equipment malfunction.
Refunds & Cancellations
Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales of digital files are final and non-refundable once the file has been accessed or downloaded, except where required by law.
